(WRI) announces today that the Board of Directors has granted, in aggregate, 1.2 million options to senior management pursuant to the company’s Stock Option Plan. Each holder is entitled to acquire up to 200,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share at any time prior to May 6th, 2008. Waseco is a development stage company with interests in gold, diamonds and uranium prospects. It currently has 26,961,321 shares issued and outstanding.
