Waseco Resources Inc. (WRI:TSX-V; WSE: Frankfurt) is an exploration and development company with a highly experienced, entrepreneurial and results oriented management team. Currently, the focus is on a number of prospective Uranium properties in the Quebec Labrador Trough. The Company is the operator of a joint-venture with Areva, the second largest uranium producer in Canada through its mining activities in Athabasca and a major explorer in Quebec. In addition to its Uranium interests, Waseco also has interests in gold, base metal and diamond prospects.

Leverage the solid foundation created from the Quebec Labrador Trough Uranium Project and its relationship with Areva to establish the Company as a profitable, Uranium producer that operates within the industry to the best international standards in a transparent and socially responsible manner.

Strategy

Our goal, is to become a Uranium producer through the acquisition, exploration and development of mineable deposits. To achieve this management is implementing a strategy that involves three key components:

1. Acquire properties of merit, based upon sound geological models and past historic information;
2. Seek a partner to fund the exploration programs that also brings valuable Uranium expertise;
3. In conjunction with our partner, carry out state-of-the-art techniques to systematically and effectively explore our properties with a view to identify and develop economically viable deposits of Uranium, gold, base metals or diamonds.  
4. Continue to increase the Company’s exposure within the mining and financial communities by providing meaningful results.
